However, the best size varies depending on each woman and each product. For that reason, our delivery and return policies aim to ease your online shopping experience and allow you to try our products at home.

If an article is available, you can add it to your shopping cart by selecting the size of your choice. If a size is not available, it cannot be selected.
As part of our mission to ensure our products are special we produced them in very limited quantities. Once an article is shown as being out of stock, we cannot guarantee that it will become available again.
You can always contact us at service@almaswimwear.us to know more about the eventual restock of a product.
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our swimwear collection and, as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As result, placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.
If, despite our quality control, you observe a flaw in our product, we apologize and invite you to contact our Customer Service Team who will deal with the issue, as quickly as possible, to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
Damaged items must be reported to service@almaswimwear.us, within 7 days of receipt. Please be sure to include your order number and any available photographs. We will contact you with next steps.
We prepare our orders following a rigorous control. If, despite our vigilance, you observe a problem upon receipt of your order, we apologize and invite you to contact us at service@almaswimwear.us

We have endeavored to optimize the accuracy of all product images and colors featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product color depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.
We pay special attention to the materials used in our products, aiming to ensure excellence from all of our partners.
Our materials are produced by high quality, very well-known leading European companies, situated mainly in Italy, France and Spain.
Being crafted with high quality standards, we expect our products to last for many seasons. However it is very important to take good care of them, following some important recommendations:
- Hand wash after wearing, even if you don’t swim. Body oils, lotions, sunscreens, chlorine and salt water, are elements that soak into the fabric and can damage its color, fastness, stretch and recovery.
- Always wash your swimsuit by itself, never mix lights and darks when rinsing or washing.
- Use cold water and a small amount of mild soap meant for delicate garments.
- Let the swimsuit soak for 5 to 10 minutes, then gently massage with hands to work out the elements from the fabric.
- Rinse well to remove soap and gently squeeze out excess water. Don’t wring or twist, let it dry on a clean flat surface placed in the shade.
- To prevent mildew make sure your swimwear is completely dry before storing.
- If you need to pack a damp or wet suit while traveling be sure to fold the swimsuit gently into a plastic bag with a few holes and loosely wrap the bag with a towel to absorb extra moisture. To avoid any color transfer be sure to pack one swimsuit per plastic bag.
- To maintain the shape of your swimwear, be sure to lay it flat in a drawer
Remember also, that you should avoid:
- Using chlorine to wash your swimwear.
- Washing your swimwear in the washing machine.
- Using the tumble dryer to dry your swimwear.
- Using certain sunscreen lotions and self-tanners that will permanently stain fabrics.
- Sitting and laying in certain rough surfaces – wooden benches, concrete or other uneven and rough surfaces that can snag fabrics. Always sit or lie on a good quality towel.
- Wearing your swimwear in hot tubs. Their high levels of heat and chlorine will deteriorate your swimwear fibers.

2. When you have added all the items you want, click on the "checkout" button, in your shopping cart.
3. In this step you can login to your personal user account or place your order without registration.
In all cases you will need to:
- Write down your contact information (email or mobile phone number)
- Add your delivery address information
- Your preferred delivery method.
- Your preferred payment option.
- Your payment information, including your billing address.
4. Carefully review your order (you won't be charged yet)
5. When you have checked that all the information is correct, you can place your order by clicking the "complete order" button.
6. The system will show you your order confirmation and your order number.
7. You should receive an order confirmation email within moments of placing your order. If you do not receive and order confirmation within a few hours, please check your spam folder, and be sure to allow future email related to your purchase. RETURNS
Yes.
Within 30 days from the delivery of the item*, you can request a return service on our website by entering the request information in the return center link: https://almaswimwear.us/a/orderreturns You will receive an email with the return labels and your RA (Return Authorization Number). If you need further assistance, contact us at service@almaswimwear.us
All items should be returned in the original packaging. Please pack the products and attach the printed electronic receipt so that we can process the refund as soon as we get the goods.
Returns received up to 30 days from the delivery date are eligible for refund. Returns received after 30 days and before 60 days of the delivery date are only elegible for a store credit.
* FINAL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Selected items on our website may be marked as final sale, these items may include clearance sale items, and special-order items. These final sale and clearance items, as well as items purchased using a 30% or higher discount code, are not eligible for returns.
Remember that any item(s) returned without a RA# will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
To request a return service on our website, follow these steps:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA)

After all this steps, you'll obtain a Return Request code (RA#) that will appear on your screen and also in an email notification.
2. After revision of your return request you'll receive a second another with further instructions.
Remember that any item(s) returned without a RA# will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
Before requesting a return and to guarantee its approval, please make sure the items comply with our return conditions :
- Returned items must be in their original new condition.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Returned items must have all its tags attached and sanitary liners in place.
- Returned items received before 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or to a gift card for further purchase or exchange.
- Returned items received after 30 days and up to 60 days of delivery, will only be accepted for a store credit assuming all other conditions are respected
- Final sales and items purchased using a 30% or larger discount code, are not eligible for returns.
- Orders that receive our free shipping promotion will be subject to a one-time $ 15,00 fee if the value of the returned merchandise brings the new order total to below $ 100 for our US customers. If the return is for an EXCHANGE, then no fee will be charged
- Returns valued of $ 500 or more (total value of all merchandise being returned before any discounts, taxes or shipping fees) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
To avoid a refusal of your return request, we recommend:
- Wearing appropriate under garments when trying items on until you are certain that the fit and style are to your liking.
- Being careful of putting the item in contact with makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids or any other stains sources.
- Items received back in such condition will not be accepted and either disposed of or returned to the client. No credit will be issued, and the purchaser will be charged for the cost of return postage and forfeit all claims.
You can return you item for refund or for store credit. In each option different conditions apply:
RETURN FOR REFUND
Returns for refund must be received back within 30 days of your delivery date.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Returns for store credit must be received back within 60 days of your delivery date.
Store credits are issued in the form of an e-gift card and will be sent to the email address used to place the original order.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
If you want a change of size or model, you must return your purchase and do a new order. Please select a return for STORE CREDIT, your new order will be charged towards this credit.
In all cases:
- Any return received back after 60 days will be refused and returned to the sender.
- Items considered as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
- Items purchased using a 30% discount code or above.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and will de deducted from any refund or credit amount.

As our free shipping ands return promotion, is for order over 100$, any return that will bring the value of the new order below the said amount, will have a cost of $15 that will be deducted from your credit.
If your return is for a further exchange, then we will issue a credit to an E-gift card and will apply that amount to your new selection, no return fee, will be charged.
The following items are non refundable:
- Items purchased past the 30 day return policy.
- Items not respecting the return conditions.
- Items marked as final sale.
